MPMA's Museum Institutional Leadership Award

The nominaton period for the 2010 awards has ended.

2011 Nominations are now open.

Deadline:  June 30, 2011

The leadership award recognizes an MPMA member institution for its leadership or significant contribution

to the museum field within the MPMA region.  Nominations must demonstrate:

     · The nature and extent of the leadership role or contribution to the museum field

     · Significance and scope of service

     · Contribution to the growth and development of museums in the MPMA region

2011 Entrants will be notified of their awards status via email by August 15, 2011. Presentation of the awards will be made

during the awards banquet at the MPMA annual meeting.

How to apply:

To submit a nomination for this award, please submit a nomination form (see below) and a cover letter outlining the nominee's qualifications and how they meet the award's criteria (use specific examples) and why you believe this nominee should be selected.
