Join us for the 2010 MPMA Conference, Monumental Visions: Carving the Future for Museums, September 13 - 17, 2010, at the Best Western Ramkota Rapid City Hotel and Conference Center in Rapid City, South Dakota. More than 300 museum professionals from MPMA’s 10-state region are expected to attend the conference. Promote your company, products and services to leaders from the museum field. MPMA schedules meals, breaks and activities to encourage attendees to visit exhibitors in the Resource Hall and opportunities for sponsors to address attendees. $600 (includes $100 Bus. Membership) or $700 (includes $200 Bus. Membership)
NOTE: Tours to Mt Rushmore will be Tuesday, 9/14. Buses depart conference hotel at 12, 12:30 and 5:30. Mt. Rushmore is one hour from conference hotel and cars are charged A $10 parking fee. You must register for a tour or opening reception to see Mt. Rushmore. We encourage you to ride the bus with us to see this national icon, so please plan the timing of your booth set up carefully. Tear-down will occur on Thursday, September 16, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. All booths include a skirted 8-foot table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Prices for additional equipment, electrical and telephone charges, shipping and storage will be mailed to you at a later date. Price includes complimentary basic registration for two individuals. A FREE set of Conference attendee mailing labels is included with each booth rental. Lunches and Evening Events come with an additional charge. Mail or fax the Business Reservation Form with your payment to the address indicated on the form. Booths are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
