Use the form on this page to join any of our Professional Interests Networks (PIN).  Select your PIN choice(s) below. 

If you are an MPMA member:  Do not use this form.  Please sign in and go to your profile (click the Update My Profile link in the lower right if you are already signed in to access your profile).  You can edit your profile and choose any of the MPMA PINs that you wish to join from a checkbox list in your profile.  Please go to the RC-MPMA Membership page to pay for your membership online or download the RC-MPMA Membership form to pay by check.

Non-Members: Please fill out the PIN Sign-up Form below and choose the MPMA PIN(s) you wish to join from the checklist at the end of the form. 

Please note that the RC-MPMA PIN has a $10.00 membership fee.  Please go to the RC-MPMA Membership webpage to pay online or download the RC-MPMA Membership form to pay by check once you have completed the PIN Sign-up form.
