Exhibitor Opportunities

• MPMA's 2026 Conference Exhibit Hall will be located in the Antlers Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs, CO from October 15-17.

  Exhibitor Set Up: Thursday, October 15 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  Exhibit Hall Hours: Friday, October 16 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.

                                Saturday, October 17 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.

  We provide breaks, snacks, and informative presentations in the exhibit hall as a way to encourage attendees to spend time socializing and engaging with your brand, ideas, and products. Special R.E.A.L. Stage presentations and comfortable seating will be set in that space to provide an inviting place to convene.

  2026 EXHIBITOR RATE: $1,500

• -Exhibitor rate includes two Full registrations (includes lunches and evening events).
• -Booths include electricity, internet, a six-foot table, two chairs, a tablecloth, and trash can.
• -Additional representatives are $200 per person inclusive of lunches and evening events.  
• -Tours, workshops, and event tickets are available to be purchased separately.
